This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I request all records involving the ClementonPolice Department , council and mayor and any departments involved in the Wiggins VS Clementon Borough / Clementon Police department. Including all police records of the incident as well as the internal investigation and review of all officers involved including all records involved with the civil settlement to including written and recorded and hand written notes and documentations as well as those five officers displinary records including all reports of force.
