In light of, and to the extent required under, the January 17, 2025 NJ Appellate Division case of Rosetti versus Ramapo-Indian Hills Regional High School Board of Education, A-1466-23, the records searched should include private devices and accounts, including but not limited to e-mail, SMS, RCS, iMessage, and text messages. Additionally, pursuant to Elvage versus West Milford Twp., GRC Complaint No. 2009-07 (April 2010), there is no requirement that "subject of the email" be provided, as a search for "content" may be utilized in place of subject.
