this office on 10/21/2020 and given the reference number P000416-102120
for tracking purposes.

Records Requested: Records requested:all video from security cameras as
well as body cam and audio recordings of my incarceration on 3/23/ 2020 at
the Toms River Police Department there were several incidents during my
stay with several officers use of force reports as well as report of me
damaging the inside of the jail the report of criminal mischief inside the
jail was report states 1600 hours by McDowell badge number 312 Use of
force time 2047. Officer malta Nicholas badge num 4605 Lieutenant Delaney
and Sergeant pendolino are both familiar
