Good morning.
This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email on
Monday, January 24, 2022. Regarding that request please note:
Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity any
specific government records as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). Rather, it appears as
though you are seeking responses to questions. Therefore, the request must
be denied. 
My recommendation would be for you to email our Assistant Superintendent
for Curriculum & Instruction Mr. Zylinski who would be better suited to
respond to your questions.
