Dear Wildwood City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Agreement between West Wildwood and Wildwood for night shift police coverage.

All communication (e-mails, memos, text messages, etc.) between all involved parties that relate to the agreement between both municipalities for police coverage.

Any payments or anticipated payments, bills and costs associated with the above noted wildwood police coverage of west wildwood.

Attached are the Resolution which pertains to your OPRA request dated September 21, 2022. Please be advised the M.O.U. Agreement is still under review by the Borough of West Wildwood and the City of Wildwood. Once the M.O.U. is executed I will forward a copy to you as soon as possible.
