Wellness check opra audio etc
Please provide copies of all public records relating to wellness checks (also known as welfare checks or check-on-well-being calls) that were received or responded to by the Warren Township Police Department on:
Date: Saturday, December 27, 2025
Timeframe: Between 12:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.
This request includes, but is not limited to:
Call logs, CAD entries, dispatch records, and incident summaries related to any wellness checks during the specified timeframe.
Any audio recordings or transcripts, including dispatcher notes, call-taker summaries, or computer-generated transcripts, for calls that resulted in a wellness check.
Any officer reports, narratives, or field notes associated with those wellness checks.
The names and badge numbers of the responding officer(s) assigned to each wellness check as well as any body cam footage from the moment of the call solely pertaining to this
I am not requesting personally identifying information of complainants or third parties. If necessary, I am willing to accept redacted records to remove exempt information while preserving the responsive content.
Please provide the requested records in electronic format (PDF preferred). If any portion of this request is denied or redacted, please provide a written explanation citing the specific exemption under OPRA.

dispatch. We now have to redact those calls. You should have everything by
Tuesday. We are off on Monday.
