Weekly MVA reports from 3/19/23- 3/25/23 emailed to me.
Dear East Orange City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Weekly motor vehicle accident reports from 3/19/23 to 3/25/23. I would like the response emailed to me.
The OPRA statute states that "access to electronic records and non-printed materials shall be provided free of charge." N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(b)(1).

MVA reports are not submitted weekly only monthly with a cost associated with the reports. The reports are always 1 month behind. Please advise if you would like March 2023 reports when they are ready and complete for pick up and I can let you know the cost.
