Dear Mary Juliano,

Mr. Born sent them to the wrong e-mail addresses. I also have documentation that I never received the responses at the correct e-mail addresses. I'm advising that I'm considering filing an OPRA lawsuit if you don't send your responses to the correct e-mail addresses.

Yours sincerely,

ASK NJ Media

Mary Juliano, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office

As indicated in my prior email, these reports were sent to you twice, on Jan 5 and 16, 2021. If there was a mistake made regarding the email addresses, that’s what it was: a mistake by a person new and not yet proficient with the process — and you know that. I will speak with my clerical staff next week to address the issue regarding the email addresses. You are free to consider filing whatever lawsuits you like. Attempts to threaten or bully me do not influence me to do my job any differently.

Dear Mary Juliano,

The records were sent to the wrong email addresses on January 5, 2021 and January 16, 2021. Mr Born was advised of these mistakes on January 16, 2021 and January 21, 2021 through two emails. I am filing a complaint against you because I don't appreciate being called a 'bully' for following OPRA laws when the records department would appear to need more training. Considering filing an OPRA lawsuit IS NOT bullying. It's the LAW and my LEGAL recourse for my public records requests not being handled by competent employees. Please do your training of your employees on YOUR time, NOT on my public records requests.

Yours sincerely,

ASK NJ Media

Dear Mary Juliano,

Thank you for your response. This confirms my receipt of the records and I consider this request fulfilled.

Yours sincerely,
