Dear Ms. Prestia,
Confirming receipt of the 6 emails. On an unrelated matter (in regards to delays from other townships), could you please clarify one thing for me. Am I correct that the 7-day business deadline for responding to OPRA requests in New Jersey was reinstated on June 4, or was there a 30 day delay for it to not take effect until July 5?
Thank you,
Resident
Thank you for confirming receipt.
I will look into your question regarding the 7-day business deadline and respond as soon as possible.
