This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
RT Environmental Services, Inc. is conducting an environmental site assessment for the property located at 174-176 Route 50 in Estell Manor, NJ. The property is currently owned by 176 Route 50, LLC. We are requesting environmental files from 1940 to present, pertaining strictly to underground storage tank/aboveground storage tank documents, environmental violations notices (i.e. spills of petroleum products and/o hazardous wastes), and environmental incident reports.
