Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

All records related to the June 29, 2011, amendment to the West Carteret Commercial Redevelopment Plan that removed Lots 7.02, 8, and 9 in Block 372. Specifically, I seek:

1. Meeting minutes, agendas, and transcripts from Borough Council, Planning Board, or Zoning Board meetings where this amendment was discussed or approved (January–December 2011).

2. Any resolutions, ordinances, or amendments regarding this change.

3. Correspondence (emails, letters, memos) between Borough officials and property owners, developers, or external agencies regarding the removal of these lots.

4. Any legal opinions, planning reports, or economic impact studies related to this amendment.

5. A copy of the 2011 amendment and supporting documentation.
