We are in receipt of your OPRA Request for the following:
Copies of all police CAD reports showing police responses and disposition
of call(s) for the Wawa store located at 379 Dover Rd, Toms River for the
date of June 25th, 2018
Copies of all arrest reports from said incident.
The Borough will provide available records by Thursday, July 4, 2018.
This is under legal review and will provide a response and available
documentation as soon as its out of attorney review. Thank you. I hope to
have an answer by the end of today.
Please be advised that there was no incident at the South Toms River Wawa
on June 26, 2018. The information entered into the CAD system was the
Wawa address. However, this address was incorrectly reported, and
therefore should reflect 245 3rd Ave; this is also stated on the CAD
report. There are no police reports and no arrests made. This completes
your OPRA Request. Thank you.
Dear South Toms River,
I was there, and there was an incident at WAWA. I will OPRA the 3rd Ave call to see if it is the same.
Yours sincerely,

As a follow-up to provide clarification, there was a questionable person
that was escorted out of Wawa, and brought to his residence in Manitou.
The police were in Wawa, and were not called to Wawa during this time. No
other information was recorded and no arrest was made. It was a courtesy
to bring the gentleman home
