Dear Burlington County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am writing to submit an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request for information regarding vacant houses in Burlington County that meet the following criteria:

Water shutoff: Houses with a documented water shutoff by the municipal water utility in the past 6 months.
Vacant: Properties confirmed to be vacant by [Source, e.g., tax records, building inspections].
Probate: Houses currently in probate court proceedings.
Code violations: Properties with outstanding code violations documented by the municipal code enforcement department.

If possible and completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the information of people involved such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide.

Please let me know if you require any further clarification on my request. I look forward to your response and the requested information at your earliest convenience.
