This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide the listing of all residential and commercial scheduled water/sewer shut offs for the months of September, October and November 2023 (including Account owner name, service address, delinquent amt, and date of scheduled shut off (past and future).
I am requesting that you respond with documents in digital format “via OPRA Machine”, and not my personal email address.

The City of Salem received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request OPRA

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.
Attached please find a copy of your response documents for the month of
November.
No documents responsive for the months of September or October.

I am in receipt of the partial list of scheduled water/sewer shut offs. This list only contains apartments owned by Carpenter Urban Renewal. Can you please forward the remainder of the list. I understand that 312 E. Broadway was shut off on Monday, so there must be an additional listing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
