Water service, metering, and utility permits for Station Bay Apartments, located at 1000 Schindler Drive, South Amboy, NJ 08879:
1. Water Meter and Utility Permits
• Copies of all utility permit applications and approvals related to water meters and fire suppression systems for the property from initial construction to present.
• Records confirming the number, type, and size of all water meters (including domestic, common area, and fire service meters) installed at the property.
2. Water Service and Billing Information
• Records of any changes to water service accounts or meters assigned to the property, including the addition or activation of new meters.
• Documentation specifying which accounts are designated for tenant consumption and which are assigned for common area use or fire protection.
3. Fire Protection Water System
• Any permits, approvals, or utility plans related to fire protection water supply at the property.
• Confirmation of whether a separate fire meter exists and its associated billing structure.
