Dear Lodi Board of Education,

Please be advised that Mr. Anthony Luna (supervisor of school grounds) watches employees all day long from his own home by accessing all of the Lodi public school's security systems. His town car is parked outside his home all day long during school hours. Not to mention Mr. Luna does not or has not reported to a building but takes great pleasure watching his workers underneath him. Watching employees while working is unethical.
