Dear OPRA Requests,

I would like to request, From the Red Bank Police Department Incident report number 24-0221 on February 15th, 2024 involving Officer Lewandowki. I was pulled over for a failed light on the back of a rental car that Russell James; Terlecki was operating and traveling freely. I pleaded the 5th and made everyone aware that I did not enter into any contracts with them and told them they were violating my civil rights, and I did not agree with what they were doing. I checked with the rental company after the incident and there was not a light out. This led to an arrest by the Sheriff's department where I spent almost 24 hours in general population (with hard core criminals, I have never been arrested in my life or even had a ticket since I was 17 years old, most importantly I was picked up a false claim and incarcerated without harming or committing any crime all when my civil rights were not upheld) Monmouth county Corrections facility from a warrant (I asked for this warrant, and no one could provide me with it) that was issued by child support to Monmouth County Sheriff's Department that was not lawful due to the lack of a proper red stamped seal warrant and a Probable cause affidavit signed by a judge. Also, the warrant is not valid due to the fact that the Monmouth County courts did not give me access to the courts when I put a motion in, and the Clerk did not put my documents on the record which led to Child supports attempt to issue this supposed warrant. Child support also issued this supposed warrant after I told them 3 or more times that I could not make a court appearance on a certain date that they proposed, and they issued a warrant after I told them on recorded conversations that I could not make that day and time (I asked for another date, and they refused). I would like a copy of the Red Stamped Seal Warrant from a Monmouth County superior court Judge that was used for Russell James Terlecki's arrest on February 15th, 2024; as well as an Affidavit from a Monmouth County Superior Court Judge stating probable cause for an arrest of Russell James Terlecki on February 15th, 2024, of Russell James Terlecki.

I would like to request all body cam footage from Officer Lewandowski on February 15th, 2024.
I would like to request body cam footage from David Lasko and Theresa Mayer from our conversation on 2/21/24 when I visited the Monmouth County Sheriff's department on 2500 Koslowski rd. in Freehold NJ.

I would like body cam footage and any other footage available from the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on February 15th and 16th, 2024, that has my image and likeness in it.

The body and car cam footage the two Sheriff's department officers that transported me from Red bank to Monmouth County Correctional facility on February 15th, 2024.

I would like the body cam footage from 2/27/24 from the Lieutenant that I spoke to at Red Bank Police Station.
