I am requesting an e:mail log similar to the plaintiff in Paff v. Galloway Twp, 229 N.J. 340 (2017) and the one you returned to me on 3/17/2023 at 7:13 PM.

I would like an e:mail log with the following information for the Wall BOE.

The requested email-related “fields of information” should include "sender" "recipient" "date" and "subject" from August 11, 2021 - September 16, 2021. The log should be for just the 2 individuals on the Wall BOE as the "sender" and the "recipient".

These individuals include: Ralph Addonizio and Adam Nasr

This will be similar to e:mail log you provided 3 months late and only after 5 extension requests that was returned late on March 17, 2023 at 7:13 PM. Your reference is 23-079.

Mr. Smyth, I will NOT be granting an extension so please do not request one given the text messages I have seen to date from Wall BOE members regarding myself and my family. Please be sure the log I receive has the date it was "printed" from Mr. Higham and/or the IT area or the person running it.

Dr. Richens:

This OPRA was requested from Mr. Smyth on December 7, 2022 weeks before Christmas. It was returned on St. Patricks Day, March 17, 2023 at 7:13 PM after 5 extensions from Mr. Smyth and numerous follow-ups. This was certainly excessive!

Here are the issues besides being 3 months late.

1) There is no Vaughn index for the redactions showing why they were made as legally required which Mr. Smyth is well aware of.

2) There is no date when the report was actually printed from Mr. Higham (if it was him) who then gave it to Mr. Smyth. This is highly unusual. Was it printed and given to Mr. Smyth 3 months ago or 3 days ago? Who caused the 3-month delay of public information and why?

3) There are no details of who created the report and when...as all of the metadata has purposely been removed from this e:mail log. Why was it removed and by whom?

4) The report is not searchable so it needed to be converted to search.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
