Attached is a partial submission for your OPRA request. Our Borough Clerk
previously
Sent you a follow-up email requesting the Block & Lots you’re interested
in for the following:
Waldwick Commercial buildings along Hopper Avenue
Waldwick Shipping area strip mall on East Prospect Street
Per your request, our 2019 tax rate is $2.0766. It’s the same rate for
commercial & residential.
Once the block & lots are provided, I should be able to pull the
information pretty quickly.
