For each entry on the waiting list:
– Date added to the list
– Assigned priority category (if applicable)
– Current status

Another list of all applicants awarded housing units or vouchers within the past two (2) years, with personally identifying information redacted, including:
– Date added to waiting list
– Priority category
– Date housing was awarded

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
