To Whom It May Concern.
On September 12, 2022, the Teaneck Democratic Municipal Committee allegedly passed Resolution Number 2022-01 titled "Teaneck Democratic Municipal Committee Strongly Condemns Hindu Nationalist Hate Groups Operating in New Jersey and Across the United States" calling on the FBI and CIA to "step up its research" on several Hindu American organizations, including the Hindu American Foundation, for which I serve as Executive Director and Legal Counsel.
The news of this resolution's passage was first reported by the Indian American Muslim Council, a Chicago, IL based advocacy group on September 15, 2022.
I am requesting the minutes of the September 12 meeting and any and all communications (written or documented) including but not limited to recorded or documented phone conversations, virtual meetings and/or discussions, emails, text messages, social media messages/postings used by and/or between one or more individuals and/or parties prior to and after September 12th related to the proposal, drafting, introduction, and passage of Resolution Number 2022-01.
