Any and all records of Mr. Malinowski's date of voter registration with
the state, including any changes to his enrolled status

Any and all records of Mr. Malinowski's address of voter registration,
including but not limited to his mailing address and any changes in
registration location

Any and all records Mr. Malinowski's voting history, including past
elections he participated in

The Hunterdon County Board of Elections has provided the attached
responsive records.

Your Open Public Records request has been processed in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq.  If your request has been denied in whole or in
part, the County of Hunterdon reserves the right to raise any other
grounds for denial not raised in this response.  The failure of the County
of Hunterdon to assert an exception or privilege herein does not act as a
waiver of any ground for denial not raised herein.
