For Voter Registration Lists, Walking Lists and/or Voter History Lists;
you will need to complete the attached Government Records Request Form and
return it to our office (in person, via fax 201-336-6134, or email
[1][email address] )

The requested information can be emailed once the completed form has been
received.

All of the starred (*) items are required.  The information you are
requesting goes under Record Request Information, please be as specific as
possible.

Available formats are .txt (with file layout) sent as a .zip, .xls and
.pdf

Voter Registration Lists are sorted alpha by district, unless otherwise
specified.

Voter By Street/Walking Lists are sorted by street name then by house
number.

For Voter History you need to specify which elections you want (ex.
General 2014, Primary 2013, Municipal ??/??/??, School ??/??/??).  You can
request any election history that is available.  (Only 5 elections per
report.  If you request more than 5 elections; the additional elections
will be on a separate report.)

Is this request for political purposes?  Business/Org. Name* is a required
field and must be filled in.  If this is for political purposes there
should be a candidate, campaign, political organization, your current
political position, etc. on that line.

The Superintendent of Elections only provides voter registration lists for
political purposes.

Commercial use of this information is prohibited per NJSA 19:31-18. 1c
