This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

In the last two years (2020 to 2022), Provide all Letter, Correspondence, and Documents, given to police Chief, Mark Tinitigan or the Borough that reference a vote of no confidence.

In the last two years (2020 to 2022), Provide all emails between police Chief Mark Tinitigan and any PBA members, Dispatchers, Mayor and Council, or any borough employee that reference a vote of no confidence.

In the last two years (2020 to 2022), Provide any and all fees/Invoices paid by the borough to any outside agency, firm, and/ or individual regarding a vote of no confidence against Police Chief, Mark Tinitigan.

In the last two years (2020 to 2022), provide any emails from any employee of the borough, referencing or regarding a vote of no confidence against any individual holding any rank in the South River Police Department.

Provide any information received, showing a calculated result of a vote of no confidence against the Police Chief, Mark Tinitigan.
