Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Little Egg Harbor Township should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Thank you for your reply. I received a 'Violation Warning' in the mail: Violation CVIO-18-00004. The term warning does seem misleading. Hopefully this clarification helps with the request. Thank you.
