A message was sent to you regarding record request
#24-119:

Mr. Reed,

The City Clerk’s Office is in receipt of your
request. Your inquiry of four questions surrounding the
Vineland Police Facebook page does not amount to an OPRA
request. Under OPRA law, agencies are only required to
disclose "identifiable" government records. The
following caselaw provides a finding that such a request
is invalid. See MAG Entm't, LLC v. Div. of Alcohol
Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (App. Div. 2005),
N.J. Builders Ass’n v. N.J. Council on Affordable Hous.,
390 N.J. Super, 166, 180 (App. Div. 2007), Shculer v.
Borough of Bloomsbury, GRC Complaint No. 2007-151.
