Dear Wallington Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Any and all video and/or audio recordings from camera(s) affixed to the telephone pole located in front of Cracovia Manor (196 Main Avenue) which captured the motor vehicle collision in front of 174 Main Avenue, Wallington, New Jersey on June 6, 2026 at 10:53 A.M. involving Richard Zaccaro and Dorota Jankowska (Wallington Police Report Case #26-007151).
Any and all video and/or audio recordings from any and all cameras, including street cameras, of the area of Main Aveue and May Street, Wallington, New Jersey for the entire day of June 6, 2026.
Any and all video obtained from any car-mounted video camera (Dash Cam) or body worn camera (BWC) pertaining to an automobile accident Case # 26-007151.
Any and all radio transmissions, 911 calls pertaining to an automobile accident referenced in Case # 26-007151.
Any and all CAD reports, notes, and/or correspondence related to the accident investigation, including but not limited to eyewitness names, addresses, phone numbers, and statements.
A copy of the Police Department’s entire file regarding Case # 26-007151.
