I am requesting surveillance video of Exchange Place Plaza dating July 28, 2018 documenting an assault which occurred at that location sometime between 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. I am the victim of that assault. Please note my first 911 call was placed at 7:34 pm.

Dear Jersey City,

As a victim, I need this surveillance footage to document an assault. If your agency needs assistance isolating this segment I offer my help. I find the continued errors and delays willful obstruction of justice, depriving me my rights to due process. Moreover, our Jersey City Police Department is under the intense scrutiny for evidence tampering. Due to repeated failures to both respond promptly and accurately, I have no choice but to assume evidence tampering is at play.
