Description: A drunk driver caused a five-car collision on Route 23, resulting in one person being sent to the hospital. The driver, Philip Doyle, had an open bottle of Southern Comfort in his vehicle and was charged after rear-ending another car. Doyle also hid the bottle of alcohol behind a building after the crash and refused a breath test.
