Description: Constantino Buonopane, 50, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a hit-and-run crash in New Hope. He struck another vehicle before crossing the free bridge. Buonopane was stopped by police at Bridge Street and Lambert Lane and also issued summonses for reckless driving, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol.
