Description: John Woods III, 30, of Spring Lake Heights, was driving north in the southbound lanes on Route 9 when he caused a four-vehicle crash. The crash left Albert Mogavero III, 21, of Forked River, critically injured and requiring helicopter transport to the hospital. Woods admitted to drinking and driving after the crash.
