The County of Middlesex has received a public information request from you

"Dear Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an

Description: Abel Bustos-Medel, 31, was arrested after being involved in a
hit-and-run crash that left a 25-year-old pedestrian in critical
condition. The crash occurred on Jersey Avenue in New Brunswick.
Bustos-Medel fled the scene but was later located and arrested after his
vehicle, which had damage consistent with the crash, was spotted in New
Brunswick.

inform me prior to fulfilling the request if the cost will exceed $30.
However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees, as the
disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will
