Video Recordings from LHA Board Meetings

Dear Linden Housing Authority,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Complete copies of all video recordings made by the cameras set up at the LHA's board meetings in 2026, including portions before the meeting started or after the meeting ended.
Please contact me to make arrangements for sharing these files, as I imagine they are too large to email. My phone number is 732-993-9697.

What is the status of my request? Mr. Doherty assured me that the videos from the March meeting would be posted to the website. Did that ever happen?
I spoke to Mr. Doherty again on April 29 and I was assured my OPRA would be honored. I still have not received any response. Please advise.
