Video recording of Ret. Sgt Sherman meeting with Sgt. Mirra
Dear Hopewell Township (Mercer),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Records requested: Good afternoon, I am requesting the audio and video surveillance footage for the month of March 2026 on the premises of the Hopewell Twp Municipal Building . The video in question would be the meeting between retired officer Michael Sherman and current Sgt. Lex Mirra. Footage for both indoor and outdoor is requested. Thank you for you time.
