Records requested:

Please provide a copy of all videos showing the entrance or the exit of council conference room (both in the hallway and into the council room itself) for an hour prior to the beginning of each council meeting in 2024. In order to minimize the amount of video produced, start the video when a person first enters into the conference room within that hour prior to council meetings. Please end the video recording once the council is fully sitting in the council room at the start of the meetings.

Dear Mickey Mouse:

 

The Township Attorney has completed his legal review in referenced to the
above OPRA request for video of conference room. Mr. Sypek found no legal
reason to hold back the request, and he will be dropping off the Thumb
Drive sometime on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

 

It will be available for pickup on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Our office
hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
