Please provide the traffic camera footage from the camera located at Broadway and Paulison Ave in Passaic, New Jersey. We are trying to obtain footage of an accident which occurred on March 4, 2019 at around 3:50AM.

As per the Police Department, The camera at Broadway and Paulison Ave has
not worked in more than 5 years. Therefore there no records responsive to
your request.
Please be advised as per your OPRA 297 is complete.
