Dear Rowan University,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I would like to request body worn camera footage associated with incident # 23-034342. This incident occurred in the early morning hours of 09/07/2023 and involved the arrest of Brielle N. Wojcik by the Rowan University Police Department for driving under the influence. I would like to request this footage in digital format (for example, evidence.com link via email, other link to download video files, or video files attached on OPRA site, etc.).
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Please accept this as Rowan’s completed response to your OPRA request (below) wherein you sought body worn camera footage associated with incident # 23-034342.
Access to the the Body Worn Camera footage was sent to you by Detective Farrar via Evidence.com or Gentec. Rowan utilizes these sites for the storage and organization of all our BWC and stationary camera footage. Please be advised that they are the only formats available, and may require you to set up an account to view the footage. Because these were shared with you by others, and not me, please confirm to me your receipt of the BWC.
Pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically, Personal Identifying Information, "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy. Accordingly, the following redactions have been made to the BWC:
Private Phone Numbers;
Driver's License Numbers; and
Witness Information
