All police reports, BWC video recordings, incident documentation, and investigative records associated with any and all law enforcement interactions, citations, or proceedings involving individual named Victor Queiro, specifically those linked to or conducted at the location of 392 Oak street , Ridgefield, New Jersey, including records of arrests, interviews, affidavits, and follow-up actions .
