Victims request for discovery and evidence for charges
Dear Camden County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
all discovery for 1/26/2023 for Stankowski and Holloway 18 Francis Ave Clementon NJ. Recordings of all police body cams, notes, emails, records, audio and video recording including police reports, the agencies involved were Clementon police and EMS was dispatched for my injuries. Anything related to myself or my wife Rebecca Holloway and me the Victim Nickoles Stankowski. To my knowledge there is no active investigation on this case and I will also am making attempt to file charges against my wife for previous assaults and injury that had a huge impact on my fragile health which has left me fully disabled. Also to prove the contradictions in my wife’s stories that were falsified the night of these incidents.
