I’m requesting all records including reports, notes and body camera footage and emails as well as any other documentation including written, electronic, audio or video involving an incident that occurred at Virtua Voorhees Hospital on 12/12/2025 and 12/13/2025 involving two responses to two seperate calls to 911 by Nickoles Stankowski and Virtua Hospital voorhess. Any and all materials involving this complete incident from all officers and supervisors that were present or contacted. Also all recording of 911 dispatch calls and reports. Send to [email address]

Dear Voorhees Township,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Voorhees Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Victim request for materials involving Virtua Voorhees Hospital staff harassing and assaulting myself the patient 12-12-25 to 12-13-25'.

I have requested the information connected to this Assault and it has not been answered within the required time out of compliance with the OPRA laws. I was assaulted, harassed, torched and seriously injured in this matter to include permanent spinal and permanent brain damage. Up to this point the department has with held the information from the investigation purposefully which seems to be an attempt the hospital in this illegal activity which is a violation of the law. None of the information in the police report included the perpetrators which admitted assaulting me the patient to the officers at scene but were not included in the report for 12-12-25. Again I request the all materials involving the assaults on 12-12-25 and 12-13-25 involving Virtua Hospital and myself Nickoles Stankowski. This is to include all body cams footage from every officer at the scene, this is to include all paperwork, notes, follow up meetings, emails, audio recording and 911 calls involving this case. Not doing so will lead to an official complaint to the count and state and FBI against the TWP of Voorhees for not releasing said information as well as press release to local and national media. It’s again very concerning there has not even been any communication on this matter. Also it’s very concerning that your records department first gave a redacted copy of the 12-13-25 report hiding the perpetrators information which I have copy of. Then ended up getting an un redacted copy after informing them of how inappropriate it was to hide information from the victim.
Also highly disturbing as a retired state law enforcement officer to see this lack of action. Please follow up.
