“As you are aware, I am short with my formal education as far as a Bachelor's degree goes, however I have enrolled in Thomas Edison State University this fall to complete an accelerated track for my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an anticipated graduation date of December of 2024.”

Specifically, I request:
1. Any records in the custody or control of the agency confirming whether Thomas D’Intino completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Thomas Edison State University, as represented above.
2. Any diploma, degree verification, certificate, or other official documentation submitted to the agency that confirms the award or completion of the degree.
3. Any resume, application, personnel record, credential-verification record, or other document submitted to the agency that identifies the individual as having completed the Bachelor's degree referenced above.
