Dear Requester: The records that you seek through your
request are more properly sought through the CCIA. The
project you reference involves financing through public
bonds, information regarding vendors, and payments which
would be found through CCIA records given their role in
facilitation of this project. The County can provide
financial statements and/or records of payment
requisitions submitted by CCIA related to the project,
however, the specific payments and vendors would be more
fully accessible through an OPRA request to the CCIA.
Given this information, please advise if you wish for
Cumberland County to continue to process this request or
alternatively if you will submit your request to the CCIA.
