Dear Toms River Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Vender history report for GovQA showing all payments from January 1, 2017 to July 17, 2018.
Yours faithfully,
Sommer Fairl
WE DO ALL OPRA'S ONLINE NOW. Kindly go to our website, at tomsrivertownship.com / click on "NEW" OPRA / submit
(this is an anonymous, efficient, speedy way to do all our requests....thank you)
Dear Cathy Dier,
Emailed requests, including this one are valid OPRA requests and Toms River Township has responded to other requests made via email and this website by providing an acknowledgement letter and tracking number, so I would prefer to proceed that way. I have considered using the township's new OPRA website, but I prefer to use the OPRAmachine website and email to submit my requests because it is more user friendly and provides a better experience.
Please process this request has you have done the other emailed requests and provide me the tracking number at your convenience. I look forward to reviewing the responsive records soon.
Yours sincerely,
Sommer Fairl
Attached is OPRA information. If you cannot access our new website on
your own, then we will enter it for you, as we do for a handful of our
elderly local residents who do not have access to a computer. Please
tell us the NAME OF THE NEEDED DOCUMENT , ALONG WITH YOUR FULL NAME,
ADDRESS, EMAIL , AND INCLUDE THE BLOCK/LOT AND EXACT ADDRESS OF THE
PROPERTY IN QUESTION.
(For any “police-related” matters, you must go onto the TRPolice website
and submit your request).
For any documents needed that do not pertain to a particular property,
please NAME SUCH DOCUMENT, so we may enter it properly for you.
Your response will be emailed back to you within the 7-business days, but
lately through this new program, the responses are coming in in half that
time!
Dear Cathy Dier,
Once again I ask that you fulfill my Opra Request.
Legally I am not required to use your website.
You are wasting my time as well as yours.
Yours sincerely,
Sommer Fairl
