Dear Salem City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please provide a copy of a vendor vendor activity report/history report in electronic format from Salem City’s computerized accounting system detailing all payments to Chance and McCann from 1 Jan 2016 to 1 July 2023. Please note, I am not seeking copies of actual bills or purchase orders, just the computer generated vendor activity reports for this vendor and/or its law firm during this time period.
