OPRA - NJSA 47:1A-1, is a request for copies of a specific government
record. Does not allow for questions.

If you are requesting copies of specific records the OPRA form / email
needs to be completed with exactly what records you looking to obtain.
Please feel free to resbumit your request.

Also, please understand we are not inthe office at this time.

As of March 23, 2020 the Manchester Municipal Building is closed until
further notice.  Please see below regarding OPRA Requests received during
this time period:

  As of March 20, 2020, both houses of
the New Jersey State Legislature
Does a public agency have to respond have passed bills (Nos. A3849 and
to OPRA requests within seven (7) S2302) which remove the deadlines by
calendar days during the COVID-19 which a public agency is required
outbreak? under the Open Public Records Act
(“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.,
  to respond to requests for
government records during a state of
  emergency, public health emergency
or state of local disaster
  emergency. However, the custodian of
a government record must make a
  reasonable effort, as the
circumstances permit, to respond to
  the request within seven (7)
business days or as soon as possible
  thereafter.

When the office is reopened all 3/20/2020 Approved P.L .2020, c.10.
requests will be processed in the
order they were received.  If  
documents are available to our office
electronically, we will provide them  
as soon as possible

right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

If Manchester Township owns a vehicle with the license plate MG79979,
the registration of the vehicle, who is authorized to use it, and the
current operator. This vehicle is a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban being used
by a municipal fire department.
