I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense in New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I will NOT be using these records for any monetary gain or commercial purpose.
I am NOT seeking these records due to a legal proceeding.
I would like for these records to be delivered by e-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Ken Whalen,
This is an incredibly detailed response. Even though no records are responsive, I thank you immensely for the effort you put into fulfilling my request. Additionally, I must say, your department has provided the most proof of no records I have ever seen, so once again, I thank you for providing such detailed information. I wish you and all of the employees at Midland Park PD the best; thank you for all that you do! I hope you enjoy this lovely day!
Yours sincerely,
James Buford
