Vehicle Outfitting for various departments in the county

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Request for the quotes provided to Atlantic County for various departments for the purpose of "outfitting" police vehicles, MUA vehicles, or any aftermarket equipment on vehicles used by various departments in Atlantic County. Including computers, emergency lighting and any other equipment. For period of 2018 budgeting.
2. Purchase orders issued to vendors for all vehicles purchased during 2018 budgeting period for any vehicles purchased.
3. Purchases where purchased orders were issued for police and/or emergency equipment namely for lighting and equipment installed on vehicles to be registered to the county or municipalities purchasing through the county. Period for 2018 budgeting year.
