Dear NJ Department of Health Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories and Emergency Preparedness,

F.T. Wilkens,
This will respond to the referenced request for government records.
1. Records identified to me as responsive to this request are attached.
2. The Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories, and Emergency Preparedness (PHILEP) Division does not hold records(s) responsive.
3. Reviewing this volume of records, "all NEMSIS data," to determine if they are responsive and if any exemptions apply will cause a substantial disruption to the Department’s operations. Thus, we ask that you narrow the scope of your request to define the specific NEMSIS elements you seek.
Sincerely,
Logan Rafferty

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Please note that the elements are already denoted in this request along with the agency, unit number, and timeframe that is roughly seven months. Please advise how I can further assist in easing your search.
Yours sincerely,

Dear DOH-DHEPRCUSTODIAN [DOH],
Thank you for your response.
Please note that the partial response earlier provides records for vehicle "197" and not for vehicle "19-57" as requested and as found listed under the provider's license.
Yours sincerely,
F.T. Wilkens
Dear F.T. Wilkens,
This will respond to the balance of the referenced request for government
records.
Vehicle “19-57” was previously vehicle “197” when the inspection was
completed. A change in recognition number does not require a
re-inspection.
Attached, please find records identified to me as responsive to your
request for Plainfield Rescue Squad Vehicle 196 in 2022.
The request is now closed.
Sincerely,
Logan Rafferty
