containing your OPRA Request.  Please be advised that neither the Board,
nor I as the Records Custodian, received your August 5, 2023, email and
the OPRA Request contained therein until this morning, September 5, 2023. 
Upon further review, it appears that your August 5, 2023 email was
filtered out as spam/junk and not delivered in light of the email domain
that was used until same was located and retrieved this morning.  As a
result, your Request has been deemed received today and the seven business
days by which the Board must respond to your Requests is Thursday,
September 14, 2023.  We are in the process of reviewing your Request. 
Should an extension be required we will let you know prior to Thursday,
September 14, 2023.

Our district accepts a signed statement by the parent or guardian that any

in conflict with his or her conscience or sincerely held moral or
religious beliefs. 

4) Please provide documents showing how you implemented the “parent
opt-out” for the 2020 NJSLS-CHPE and Health & Physical Education
curriculum and a copy of the document by which parents can opt-out their
children from all or a portion of the curriculum mandated by the 2020
NJSLS-CHPE in your district. Including but not limited to forms, flyers,
emails to parents and/or a website.

Our district accepts a signed statement by the parent or guardian that any
part of instruction in health, family life education, or sex education is
in conflict with his or her conscience or sincerely held moral or
religious beliefs.

4) Please provide documents showing how the 2020 NJSLS-CHPE mandate was
implemented in your district, for example: a) in the classroom; b) at home
by parents; c) as a homework assignment; d) in an assembly; e) as a
webinar; f) being taught on the last day of school; g) any methods but
with elements removed; h) not at all.
