This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. All e-mails to and from Director Edward Kirschenbaum ([email address]) between July 1, 2016 and April 27, 2018 containing the words 'Jennifer Coombs', 'Jen Coombs', and/or 'Citizens Videotaping in Public Buildings'.
2. All e-mails to and from Captain Matthew Quagliato ([email address]) between July 1, 2016 and April 27, 2018 containing the words 'Jennifer Coombs', 'Jen Coombs', and/or 'Citizens Videotaping in Public Buildings'.
3. All e-mails to and from Lieutenant James Isacson ([email address])between July 1, 2016 and April 27, 2018 containing the words 'Jennifer Coombs', 'Jen Coombs', and/or 'Citizens Videotaping in Public Buildings'.
4. All e-mails to and from Louis Trocchio Sr. between July 1, 2016 and his retirement date containing the words 'Jennifer Coombs', 'Jen Coombs', and/or 'Citizens Videotaping in Public Buildings'.

from members of the Neptune City Police Department. Please be advised
that these emails may or may not exist, they are exempt under
"Inter-agency or intra-agency, consultative or deliberative material" -
N.J.S.A. 47:1a-1.1.
I have been advised that one document has already been released by another
agency via OPRA. Due to these circumstances this document is attached.
Please be advised that the release of this document, although exempt,
shall not be construed as current or future practice of the Neptune City
Police Department. Please refer to NJ State statue N.J.S.A. 47:1a-1.1 for
the reasons that certain documents cannot be released.
